Explore your creativity in a welcoming, low-pressure art class designed for neurodivergent adults. Each session will offer a variety of prompts and creative starting points to help spark ideas and encourage self-expression. Participants are invited to interpret the prompts in their own way and work at their own pace using a range of artistic materials and techniques.
No previous art experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and imagination! Whether you follow the prompt closely or let it take you somewhere unexpected, this class is all about exploring, experimenting, and enjoying the creative process in a supportive environment.
