Become a Member of the Make Apothecary Ceramic Studio!
We’re thrilled to invite you to join our ceramic studio community at Make Apothecary! In addition to our art classes and workshops, we now offer studio memberships for those seeking a dedicated and inspiring space to create. NEW: Studio members are eligible for 20% off most ceramic classes. Discount does not include classes taught by guest instructors.
Studio Membership Includes:
Unlimited access during open studio hours: Sunday–Saturday, 6 AM–12 AM
Bisque and glaze firings
A variety of underglazes
Access to dip glazes and brush-on glazes
Discounted rates for ceramic studio classes (excludes guest instructors)
Membership Pricing:
$250 per month
Studio Rules:
- Outside glazes: May only be used after approval by owner or a ceramics studio instructor.
- Outside clay: Not allowed. All clay must be purchased from Make Apothecary.
- Class times: Wheels may be limited during scheduled classes.
- Recycled clay: Available for free to all members.
- Storage: All personal items must be stored on your shelf.
Membership Details:
Members receive a personal door code for studio access. This code is for member use only and may not be shared with anyone outside the studio.
Bathroom and kitchen access is available during designated hours:
- Thursday-Saturday 12pm - 6pm
Membership Requirements:
Studio memberships are available to those who:
- Have prior experience working in a ceramics studio independently OR
- Have taken a ceramics class at Make Apothecary
- If you are new to our studio, an Orientation Add-On is required for first-time members (one-time fee of $45). After registering, we will reach out to schedule your orientation and set you up with everything you need to get started.
How to Join:
If you’ve taken a class with us before, simply purchase your membership online or in person, and we’ll get you set up with a shelf!
